“The room was so dirty. Dust on all surfaces - lamps, headboard, etc. Microwave and fridge had visible residue all over the front. The desk and chair had grease and food crumb. Corners of carpet around baseboard look like never vacuumed. Toilet had a ring of mold. Sheets had holes and were pilled. This is a very low budget, cheap hotel. I was glad I only stayed 1 night.”

Be careful this place is located next to the convention center, but it's less then a block walk over. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions & selections. Kudos to the mgt staff.
