The staff was very helpful and upgraded our room because the system had been down. They put us on the top floor, but there was also a heat wave so heat was rising in the hotel so it wasn’t very cool so it was an ideal the upgrade we asked for a fan and the property did not have a fan for us on the second night of our stay there was a storm in New Jersey and the hotel completely lost power so we had to check out a day early and stay overnight with no electricity or cooling realize that is an act of God, but as much money as you pay for a hotel and to find comfort away from home, this was not an ideal situation for our trip

Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but there were a few areas where the hotel could improve the guest experience. I was surprised to find that overnight parking was not included in the room rate and required an additional fee. It would be helpful if this information were made more prominent during the booking process. Additionally, the room did not include a microwave or a coffee maker, which are amenities many travelers have come to expect. Combined with the parking fee, it felt like several conveniences required extra payment, which affected the overall value of the stay. The staff was courteous, and the property was clean, but offering more complimentary amenities or being more transparent about additional charges would make for a better guest experience.
