This place is so dirty in and out. I regretted to stay there. Pool out service and they don’t let know when you make your reservation. They say pool is temporary closed but you can tell by how dirty it is that it hasn’t been opened for a long time.Horrible experience!!

Upon arrival we were told there the pool was inaccessible due to maintenance. This hotel was chosen specifically because it had a pool and on site restaurant both of which were unavailable when we arrived. We were not informed of this prior to arrival.

The hotel is under going renovation so no breakfast. They haven’t open the pool since they have no license to operate. The maid was having issues giving us towels. It seemed as if the bed had the same sheets since they looked dirty.

The lights in the bathroom kept flickering. The room looked outdated. The TV barely had any channels, and some of the channels did not work. The pillows were too soft and made sleep a bit uncomfortable. The whole room smelled like bleach when I first walked in. The floors were just mopped, but they weren't dry upon my arrival.
