"Hotel is super outdated. The beds are probably 20 years old because all the springs are broken and you roll to the middle of the bed and wake up with back pains. The mattresses are dirty and the sheets detach all night. I say mattresses because I changed rooms in hope of a better mattress and pet odors but had the same issue. Staff was great with the circumstances and no control of rooms. The gift shop was over priced with items no one would ever need from another country. Unfortunately I would never recommend this location."

"Room was fine. Just every morning at breakfast their landscaper was using a gas blower that ruined the whole experience. Very loud. No common sense to not have that done or switch to electric so there is no noise. Also area is not walkable to any restaurants. Sorta in a bad spot. "

"Room 403 had zero internet . I had to go down to lobby to use it. "

"Did not have room that I reserved - at check in and didn’t apologize. Hot and cold water in sink is reversed. They will not give you coffee pods at front desk - you must call from room and wait 3 hours. Housekeeping is not done ever if you don’t ask and they don’t tell you this at check in. Guest laundry is one washer and dryer but the washer is ‘out of order’ "
