“The pool is everything! The staff is so kind. The interior is gorgeous. You have bikes available and can cycle around the city. But it is centrally located so easy to walk around as well. I had the best facial I have ever had in my life and you have to treat yourself to the energy balls they make from scratch. Quite delicious! I only had unique and delicious food from the pool and restaurant. A Mediterranean flare which was very unique. 5 stars!!!”

“I loved everything about this hotel. It was a stay for my birthday. It was conveniently located a beautiful hotel, but upon checkout, the staff member I spoke with overcharged me for several things. I was also charged for things I did not have on my ticket and the addition to $100 smoking fee, which I don’t smoke. I work in oncology and I would never smoked a day in my life. They finally took the charge off, but they refused to take the other charge off so I said that I would dispute the charge,……

“A unique hotel that is beautifully decorated and creatively designed. There’s even a secret poker room behind a bookcase in the lounge where you eat breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time in Charleston and we would stay here again.”

“The Palmetto is a beautiful hotel. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom had an amazing shower and was spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Continental breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect. Within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and retail shops. Things to be aware of are there is not a dresser for clothes in the room, but there is an armoire for hanging clothes. Also, there is not pool or fitness center in the hotel. “The Jasmine house far exceeded our expectations! The room was just perfect and updated, but still true to the period if that’s what you’re looking for. It was like stepping back in time. The breakfast was AMAZING, as well as all the different little treats they put out for you throughout the day. Everything is included too, even the snacks and water in the room which was nice. If I have one complaint, but not really a complaint because it did not ruin our stay. So it’s more of a suggestion, is……
