"Such a convenient location for the beautiful Collioure. Little interaction with reception more with breakfast staff who were pleasant and friendly- nice breakfast. Our room was v close to next building, bins and fire escape so couldn’t open window safely. Air con worked well. Hotel had the feel more of a comfortable hostel - with all your basic needs. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. "We stayed for 2 nights in double room that was very spacious - small sitting area, large bedroom, and an outdoor balcony facing the water. Parking was easy enough (we didn't use car in town) and it was a 5 minute walk into main area so very convenient. Staff was very nice, room had more than we needed. It's not fabulous, but either is the price and I would definitely recommend it without hesitation."

"My friends and I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! We arrived to the hotel early before check-in time, and instead of letting us store our luggage in a secure location, the receptionist simply told us to put our luggage under the staircase. When we finally were able to check in, the receptionist failed to inform us that there was a gate code to let us into the hotel at night. Fortunately, the bartender informed us that we needed a gate code, or else...
