"I reserved my stay on Expedia and upon arrival the hotel staff were very confused and wanted to charge me again and trying to prove I didn’t reserve online as I’m showing them the confirmation email and all. Along with the already charged bank statement from Expedia. After getting my key the room smelt horrible. Woke up sick to my stomach and cough. It’s 80 degrees outside and I have the flu. How?"

"I was greeted by John, a very upbeat guy. The room was very clean, beds comfortable and the shower warm with forceful pressure. This morning we took our things to the car, then returned for a bit to eat where we were greeted by Bill. The breakfast was tasty and filling. Kayla was checking the available food and coffee and then went back to her desk. I enjoyed a very nice chat with her. I would most definitely recommend this hotel."
