“Upon arrival, we were unable to access the property using the entry code provided. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host, we received no response until the following day. As a result, we were forced to secure last-minute accommodations at a local hotel around 10 p.m., which was both stressful and inconvenient.While VRBO has since issued a full refund for the original booking, I am now required to go through an additional process to recover the unexpected hotel expenses. “It was a very amazing stay, I had a friend of mine fly in for a week from Arkansas for both of our birthdays. His being on the 19th and mine being on the 24th. The house was a perfect accommodation for us. It was very close to a lot of grade A restaurants along with being placed in a very nice neighborhood. It was always quiet and there was the occasional law enforcement vehicle cruising through the neighborhood making us feel very safe. The location is also only 13 minutes from downtown Boise,……

“It was a small basement apartment not comfortable to hang out in but was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was well stocked. A perfect place to sleep. The owner stocked a basket with snack goodies that was very much appreciated. Will definately stay there again.”
