The location was the best, the staff was amazing and helpful We used the kayaks and snorkeling gear The outside of the property was well maintained. What I would improve to make it a perfect 5 star. Upgrade warped furniture (the bathroom vanity was pretty shot) I would deep clean ceiling fans and base boards.

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets

We want to acknowledge the security staff, Lindsey Peck, the most kind and passionate person who supported me through a small crisis. Please acknowledge him and thank him for me. He knows who I am. Secondly, the pool attendant, John Garcia. This man deserves recognition for his service and hardworking ethics. He is a wonderful man who always puts his guests first. He never stops moving and is such a hard worker. Please acknowledge his service and let him know the couple from California adores him! The overall hotel is gorgeous! The rooms, however, were a little disappointing. It was somewhat outdated, it smelled like someone had smoked in room before we checked in, or it something wasn’t quite right. I expected a nicer room, given the fact that we were in the newer part of the hotel, the Malia towers.
