“No tiene aire acondicionado, no tiene ventilador y el calor extremo, para invierno so hay calentador pero no está preparado para el invierno. El desayuno es ligero y muy caro”

“La habitación estaba bien, sábanas limpias, colcha limpia, cortinas limpias...todos los días con cambio de toallas... Nos tocó una habitación adaptada y el fallo que encontré que al ser la ducha para ello se nos salía mucho el agua hacia afuera lo que hacíamos que el suelo del baño lo tuviéramos encharcado...no lo comento como queja si no que al final era un poco engorroso puesto que todo se mojaba...deberían de tener algo en el baño para una vez que se duchen puedan recoger ese agua los……

“We loved San Vicente, and the hotel was one of the main reasons. A clean, comfortable establishment that offers everything you would want for the price. The staff were fantastic. We arrived on a sad day when we needed to connect to the online feed of a close friend’s funeral. Our room was not ready, but they allowed us to use the empty dining room and they ensured we were not disturbed. They alap made some excellent dining recommendations for us. Parking is easy. Ignore the car park and go……

“Stunning location, stunning views, lovely room (mountain view sitting room well worth the extra imho) and the silence in that valley is deafening. Breakfast simply superb, this is a quite extraordinary place to unwind and totally decompress from the real world. Wonderfully convenient for beaches and the Picos. Ample parking on site, lovely gardens and terrasse with chairs, tables and loungers. Ssssh! Don’t tell anyone!”

“Spa is gorgeous and well worth the €18 - make sure you reserve! Walk into Santillana del Mar from the hotel -it’s a fascinating medieval town. Also lovely early in the morning to run around. Dinner was gorgeous - portions are huge so don’t over order! We shared padron peppers, entrecôte and mixed salad. Breakfast was amazing and again well worth the €12.”

“Todo genial, super limpio, el colchón y las almohadas muy cómodas, el desayuno variado y bueno. Buena ubicación y el personal super amable.”

“Hotel recientemente renovado por dentro y en proceso de ello por fuera. En una zona muy tranquila pero cerca de todo (Santillana no es muy grande) El hotel está renovado y mucho mejor que otros hoteles y posadas de la zona, ya antiguos y con necesdidad de reforma. No deja de ser un dos estrellas pero la verdad que está muy bienn. Lo único "criticable" puede ser la falta de personal porque tanto el check in como el check out se lo hace uno mismo, facilitando el hotel una clave para acceder al……
