“This is a tough one because the arrival was a total disaster but the rest of the stay was very nice. I'll explain, sorry it's a bit long. The bad bit first: we messaged the hotel several times in the lead up to our stay, to explain we'd be arriving late (after 1am) but they either didn't tell the night porters or the porters forgot as everything was closed up and we couldn't get into our room. With two children under 10 it was a nightmare. After 20mins looking for someone, anyone, our driver……

“It does the trick for a night by the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodated a late night check-in which I greatly appreciated. The property is about a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. The room was definitely dated, and could probably go for a good deep clean. I did find the bed pretty comfortable compared to some others have had in Bali :)”

“Great place to relax and unwind with plenty of amenities on the property such as pool, gym, pool table, bicycles, massage,...etc. The best thing about this place is the fresh tropical fruit plate and juices that was served complimentary every morning with breakfast!! ”

“We stayed in the Puri Raya Villa for one week and it was simply fantastic! The rooms were clean and beautiful with enough space. The bathroom was especially spacious. From our Villa we had a amazing view into the jungle. The staff moreover was extremely kind and helpful. The manager, Putu, always helped us to organize acitvities (e.g. massages, tour guide for Kintamani). He picked us up from the airport, was available if we needed something anytime and gave us recommadations for cafés and……

“Nirarta is a lovely space to spend time away from the hustle and bustle. Tucked away from the main road, the views from our suite and the balcony of the restaurant are expansive and magnificent. The Center is also well located and walking distance to many good surrounding restaurants and shops. The property is well cared for, you can feel the thought and love that went through here. A shout out to the team working there, they are helpful, sweet and friendly. The rooms are spacious, well……
