I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Atlas. I highly recommend it! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the facilities were modern, greatly located, the gym was very well equipped, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. A great experience overall.

The best service of any hotel hands down!!!

The beachfront view is beautiful, and the hotel’s common areas, including the lobby, gift shop, and restaurant, are all very pleasant and well maintained. However, there were several aspects of my stay that were disappointing. The check-in process was delayed by nearly three hours, which significantly impacted the start of our visit. While I understand that staffing challenges can occur, the wait was much longer than expected. It appeared that the hotel was short on housekeeping staff that day, as quite an few other guests were also waiting for their rooms to be ready. The room itself was comfortable, but it did not quite meet the level of quality I would expect from a resort property. The elevator was not particularly clean, the coffee machine in my room was not working, and the hair dryer was quite old and had visible cracks. It still functioned, but it felt as though it could stop working at any time. That said, the staff members were friendly, professional, and clearly doing their best to manage a difficult situation. I appreciate their efforts and positive attitude despite the staffing shortages. With better maintenance and improved operational readiness, this hotel could provide a much stronger guest experience.

This was a very clean and well-looked after property, and the staff went out of their way to check everything was in order.

Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available.
