“No TV, no microwave, no fridge, no ice machine, no AC as advertised. I paid for sea side view but the water view was almost non existent. The window locks were broken and did not lock. The outside windows screen frames were held together with duct tape. The wifi was terrible not at all as advertised. I booked this for our 20th wedding anniversary so was totally embarrassed when we showed up. The photos in the listing do not match the property as it sits today. Not sure how they even got a 9.2……

“A gem of a spot away from all the traffic of Bar Harbor and still close enough to see the sites of Acadia. Food here was excellent… don’t miss out on the peach cobbler, if you’re there while peaches are in season. The room was comfortable and clean. My husband was surprised there was no TV in the bedroom, but I was glad for the reprieve! The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was enjoyable and stress free. Joshua, Rachel, Kyla and Dana made our stay superb!”

“The facilities were clean & updated. Very close to Acadia National Park entrance & downtown Bar Harbor. This was my first time using VRBO & was unfamiliar with trying to communicate with host but he did answer…the check in was confusing because there was no one in the office at all during our stay & had to figure out how to get into the room. Our family was over all very satisfied with this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to stay.”
