“No TV, no microwave, no fridge, no ice machine, no AC as advertised. I paid for sea side view but the water view was almost non existent. The window locks were broken and did not lock. The outside windows screen frames were held together with duct tape. The wifi was terrible not at all as advertised. I booked this for our 20th wedding anniversary so was totally embarrassed when we showed up. The photos in the listing do not match the property as it sits today. Not sure how they even got a 9.2...

It’s about a 20-minute drive from the livelier Bar Harbor, which ended up being the best of both worlds for us. The shops and restaurants nearby do close fairly early, but Bar Harbor is just a short drive away whenever you want a little more action. The room was cozy and the Inn was within walking distance of the downtown area! Isabella and Stefan were wonderful to talk to and the BnB experience is 100% worth the price tag! We understand why people opt for this personal touch and incredible food experience. They also went out of their way to make our anniversary trip feel extra special...
