Happy Anniversary
We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a long weekend in Pensacola. The condo was the perfect setting for our long weekend! Clean, comfortable, and very convenient to all our favorite local spots, like Peg Leg's and Ft. Pickens. Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning. Would definitely book again.

First class property, clean, convenient to everything, including restaurants and gulf beach, comfortable bed, and well appointed kitchen and furnishings. Only downside was poor TV cable reception. Even after a modern restart, both TVs were very slow to boot up/start, or respond to channel changes, and was always buffeting (reloading in middle of a program). I would still rent again and overall very pleased.

This little condo is in a great location for couples that plan to be active. Located directly on the sound for fishing and paddle boarding, step out on path for biking or a long walk, and across street to the ocean for relaxing!!

Honeymoon trip
This condo was the perfect place for us to stay for the week of our honeymoon. The location was a little more quiet than other options we were considering while still being close to the beaches and to the “hub” of Pensacola Beach. The beach chairs and umbrella that were included was definitely appreciated too. Overall a very nice experience!

Perfect getaway location just off the beach! Couldn’t have asked for more. When you stay and , and you definitely should… don’t listen to Siri, the entrance to the property is the turn in before the one Siri wants to take you!

This property was excellent, great location and great view of the bay. We would for sure stay here again on our next visit to Pensacola Beach. We did have one slight problem getting the main TV to work on the cable channels, however the one in the bedroom worked fine. Since we didn't watch TV it really wasn't a problem.

Perfect Location
The best Restaurant in the area is located within a block. This place has a very large pool and lots of open space in the complex. There is a bike trail right along the road and there are shuttle stops there two. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the peaceful atmosphere in the midst of busy Pensacola. We also loved being across from the ocean access path , on the English Naval Cove with a big grassy area and on the bike/ walk path. Just what we were looking for.
