Gulf-Front 2BR Beach Escape - Balcony Views

Welcome to your Gulf-front escape — a peaceful beach retreat where the ocean greets you at sunrise and the sky puts on a show at sunset!

This spacious 2-bedroom condo sits on the top two floors of a small, quiet complex, offering rare privacy and spectacular views from two oversized balconies that feel like you are in the sand dunes.

Perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway, yet equally welcoming for families, our condo is designed to be your comfortable “beach home away from home.”

Our condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is not an elevator in the building, but the Gulf views are worth the climb!

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is six (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions. No pets allowed.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place. The beach was so close to the room and the views were amazing. Everything was very clean and well decorated. From the kitchen to beach chairs everything was provided to have a great family experience.

Wonderful! Condo fully equipped with kitchen appliances, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper and all the beach toys and chairs you could need. All in good condition. Condo was clean and location is ideal. Having your own parking garage is great bc you don’t have to carry all of your beach stuff to the condo and track sand in. Weather showed alot of rain however turned out to be beautiful everyday. Thank you Jill and Brad.

Perfect Family Getaway

Stayed 4 nights with my husband and 14 year old son. Seamless check-in, gorgeous location, very clean and comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped, garage parking, bikes, beach equipment, chairs, umbrella. Proximity to beach is amazing. Great communication with owner. Close to restaurants and other activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Repeat visit

We made a return visit this year having had nothing but the BEST of a week long stay last year. Nothing beats being directly on the beach and your own garage when in Florida !! We have only a five star report for each stay and I’m certain that won’t change going forward given the obvious attention this condo receives by the owners. You can’t do better in my opinion.

Incredible!

First off, the hosts are wonderful. Communication was seamless, and they were so accommodating. One of the beach umbrellas was destroyed by wind during a beach day, and Jill sent new ones over the next morning. The location was superb. Right on the gulf with beautiful views, or a short drive to the sound. Peg Leg Pete’s is super close which was a huge draw for us, and right up the road from Fort Pickens (we visited multiple times during our stay). Every amenity was supplied, from beach chairs and sand toys, to coffee and creamer. I could go on and on!!

Fantastic Beach Condo

The place was amazing. The views from both decks can’t be beat. An amazing “back yard”. We loved everything about the condo. Location, size, art work and furnishings, etc. Jill is an amazing host. Great communicator.

Amazing trip

This place is perfect, right on the beach made it so much fun to walk the shoreline looking for shells and soaking up the sun. Spent several mornings out on the patio watching the dolphins was overall a fantastic trip for our daughters 21st birthday

Relaxing treasure

It has been the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. Right on the emerald waters of Pensacola. Just a few steps from a calm beach. Loved how close all the restaurants are. Very peaceful and beautiful stay.

Accurate description!

This beautifully decorated/furnished condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with views for both sunrise and sunset. Quiet complex with a pool and boardwalks to the beach. We have stayed here before and appreciate the attentiveness of the hosts who are very gracious.

Excellence plus!

The vista from the balconies is enough to warrant an excellent rating. The “plus” is in the “extras” that made the condo so enjoyable. Clean, spacious, two large sofas to stretch out on, coffee, many kitchen appliances and additional toiletries that you usually have to replace quickly. The stairs could give pause if climbing is an issue, but well worth the exercise even if stairs might be a consideration.(Two flights to the unit, one flight to the bedrooms.) Fabulous location-updated and welcoming!

Oroperty was very nice in terms of clealiness and decor. Perfet location. Exceptional view of the beach. Only issue was garagage pad did not work and garage opener opened opposite door. Minor suggestion spray to remove mold along door glass in master bath.

Great Pensacola Beach Location

The location is absolutely fantastic for the Emerald Coast. Right on the beach, close to some great restaurants. The condo has everything you need including chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. It made our stay so much easier. The condo is also equipped with everything you’d need in the kitchen and other household areas. The host was extremely communicative and made us feel like true guests.
