Great for pets
Stayed while visiting family. This was perfect for our needs. Older property, so didn’t have to freak out when the dogs played. Nice backyard. Quiet neighborhood. About 30 minutes to all the beach shenanigans. One of the bedrooms doesn’t get good airflow from the HVAC so recommend bringing a fan.

True home away from home
Nice quiet blue collar neighborhood. We felt right at home! Really nice fenced in yard to contain our 2 5 month old puppies. House needed nothing. Host was quick with communication. We stayed here while working on a job in the area...Was so nice, that we extended our stay a couple times. Highly recommend!

The townhome was very comfortable. The covered patio and inviting backyard were a favorite place to relax and visit with family. Location was great. Close to restaurants and shopping yet quiet and relaxing.

Unit is in a great location half way between family to the north and beaches to the south. Nice neighborhood and a very comfortable atmosphere. Bed was super comfortable, shower worked great and the big screen tv added a little entertainment in the evenings. The back patio and yard were great also. Kitchen door to garage needs some repair. We’d stay again and recommend.

Nice weekend getaway!
We really enjoy our stay, everything was clean and nice. My only concern was the downstairs television did not work, we try new batteries for the remote with no success. The master bedroom door was off the hinges.. We were still able to close door for privacy.. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Great location/neighborhood
Came up for the weekend to visit our son who attends UWF. The neighborhood was perfect and quiet. The location was exactly what we wanted. The home is simple with the essentials, although if you are a family looking to make meals, the kitchen is equipped with the appliances but nothing else. Bring what you need, including spices (just a FYI). The master bed was comfortable. The backyard and patio area are very nice unfortunately the weather did not allow for us to take advantage of it. Given the opportunity to return to this location, I absolutely would.
