“We used this property to get ready at the day before of our wedding. Girls upstairs and boys downstairs and it was perfect! Beautiful scenery. Amazing natural lighting. We then stayed together as a married couple. We’d love to come back every year as an anniversary house and bring the pups.The only thing I could think is the listing showed a bunk bed but it was 2 solo queens in two separate rooms. It didn’t matter for our stay as husband and wife but good to know.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Peoria for a nearby family reunion. I recommend going inside the beautiful Saint Mary’s cathedral. Looks like something you would see in Europe. ”

“This was the perfect house. Yeah the one tv had us kinda fighting over lol but Peoria definitely had us and the kids busy. They absolutely loved the surprise addition of the park which was actually not listed in the photos, so that was great. ”

“I stayed here with my Brother, Sister and Cousin for two nights to attend our Aunt's funeral service. It was so nice to be able to unwind and reminisce in this beautiful home versus staying in hotel rooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen were my favorite rooms -very open, welcoming and bright! Truly just steps to the downtown area. After check out, my sister and I shopped at a few boutique-type stores and ate at the nearby brewery. We'd stay at the Heirloom again!!”

“It’s an older property that has been updated with modern furnishings, fixtures and kitchen appliances. Well equipped and tidy. Easy check in and no problems during my stay.”

“Location was great. Second time staying at the Silo. This unit 2 bedroom has a very small kitchen, so don't plan to cook! An extra mittot would be nice!”

“The views are incredible. I loved looking out onto the river in all directions and at night the moon light shimmered on the water. I enjoyed watching the tow boats and barges, people kayaking, and the wildlife. I saw a pelican - how cool was that. The hosts were awesome too, with friendly and informative communication.”

“We rented the cabin for two nights to be close to family friends who live in Pekin. It was the perfect location, very quiet and we really appreciated the outdoor space and grill. This will be our preferred place to stay in the area from now on! Please add a step stool for the vertically challenged so we can reach the top shelf. :)”
