“Started off with problems with the system when checking in and ended up having my card locked due to the staff having me swiped it so many times. Parking is also $10 a day in a parking garage that you’re suppose to park on level 5,6,or 7 that an elevator doesn’t work on so you have to walk the stairs with all your belongings. Then there was roaches in the pool area as well as the hallway walls, when brought to the staffs attention she said she“we’ve been waiting for pest control all week” Then……

“The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful! I gave a 3 star only because when asking the housekeeper for a garbage bag, she said she didn’t speak English. As I walked and pointed to what I needed, she replied “one or two? Ok thank you have a good evening “ then she rolled her eyes at me when I was just trying to do HER a favor.”
