“We stayed for five nights and were extremely disappointed. The hotel was undergoing loud construction all day, but this was never disclosed before booking. The room would not cool below 80°F, and we had to buy fans just to sleep comfortably. The toilet repeatedly stopped flushing—we had to pour water into it ourselves until it was finally repaired on our last day after reporting it multiple times. The bathroom sink only had hot water.
Many advertised amenities were unavailable: no working ice……
