“This is a gem of a hotel in a gem of a city. The property dates back to the early days of Guthrie and has been artfully updated. Our room was spacious and quiet. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The grounds are beautiful. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy a piece of history.”

“Extremely Clean, except for stained ground floor carpet, the laundry is right behind the reception desk, the soap smell nearly knocks you over. However, after three days you become accustom to it. The breakfast consist of muffins, make your own waffles (that are very good), apple and cranberry juice, yogurt I did not check the favors, dry ceral two kinds, coffee, milk, etc. There was no computer work station to check email, wifi was good on the property. hot shower, the receptacles on the lamps……

“Staffs are very nice and breakfast are awesome. They also provide laundry service and snacks. But the door is not very good to block noise in the hallway. The door of bathroom is not good designed.”

“The carpet was absolutely filthy, took shoes off at the door and walked from the beds to the bathroom and around the room and my white socks looked like i had walked 5 miles outside. No hot water in the sink only cold. $20 per pet per night, $80, was ridiculous for the condition of the room. We will not stay here again, would definitely recommend spending the extra 10-20 dollars for one of the surrounding motels/hotels.”
