It’s exactly what you think it is. Older motel it’s clean and safe. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Right downtown you can walk anywhere.

My husband and I rented this house for a few days and we loved the house. It's very quaint and has many thoughtful amenities. We appreciated how clean it was and the refrigerator being stocked with soda and water. If you want to cook, the kitchen is well equipped. We would stay here again for sure. The only complaint we really have is that the window above the stairway in the master bedroom really needs a curtain. The room was pretty bright by 7 am.

The home is as advertised. This is a large, one-story ranch just off of the country club. When I say "just off of" I mean you could sit on the back patio and heckle golfers who are on a tee box if you were so inclined. Inside the home was updated and had everything our family could possibly need and there were no complaints about the wifi (if you have teenagers, you understand the struggle). The proximity to Guthrie and Oklahoma City was fantastic. The neighborhood has a very rural feel and is extremely quiet. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze. This is definitely a property that we would consider for another quick getaway!

It was a great stay for a great vacation! Beautiful view and owners who made us feel right at home. Lots to do in the town of Guthrie just 3 miles away. Google Maps worked best to get us there. No complaints!
