“Good location and friendly staff, but it was generally dirty everywhere. We found trash under the bed from previous guests (in addition to a lot of dust), so it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. The room that was supposed to accommodate two people was not suitable for that. It had no windows and was very small, so don’t book here if you have claustrophobia. The washing machine available at the hostel didn’t clean the clothes properly, and the clothes were still wet after using the……

“洒店有機器自助辦理入住及退房，並設有地下及一樓的房間，當日被安排住在一樓的78號房，房間都闊落，但熱水供應就有問題，浴室設有冷熱水制，當調校好溫度一段時間，就變成冷水，且不會回復正常溫度，要將冷水制關掉，開大熱水才有熱水供應，所以又要調校適合自己的溫度。因此，需要重覆以上步驟，沖涼的時間亦加長了。酒店設有餐廳，如要出水食麥當勞，就要步行十五至二十分鐘。”

“House keeping didn’t clean the room and I have to ask for cleaning at the reception. Housekeeper didn’t check the already emptied body wash level and change the box tissue which has already used up. Never vacuum the washroom. Only provide one set of towel knowing 3 of us were staying on one room.”
