"Laura was a great host. The apartment is quite a challenge to find for the first time , she was on hand to guide us . She also spent a lot of time giving us tourist ideas of where to go and what to see , and with WhatsApp she was always on hand to answer questions. "The place had a great view but no sun on the deck (early October). The bed was a disappointment since it was a pullout sofa with 2 separate (very hard) beds. We did not realize we had to bring our own sheets and towels. Marcus arranges that we could walk to a ladies house and pay quite a bit of money to rent sheets for 3 days. (We used our beach towels and scarves instead). All instructions were in German so the pages of information sent was unreadable to us. We asked for English instructions...

"Keurig modern appartement op 10 min lopen van centrum Arona. Communicatie met de eigenaar is prettig. Buiten zitten op balkon kan zowel in de zon als onder het zonnescherm. "Wir kamen in eine sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert, sie sprach perfekt deutsch. Die Wohnung liegt unweit der Strandpromenade und auch zum Freibad in Suna und zum Hafen in Pallanza ist es nicht weit. Für die Versorgung gibt es Gaststätten in der Umgebung, es kann aber selbst in der umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche gekocht werden. "Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. "A delightful little haven in easy driving distance of the Italian lakes with a swimming pool. Sheer bliss! We have to say that Ilaria is the hostess with the mostess. Help was a telephone call away and when our hire car got a small bump (which could have cost us a huge fortune back at the airport) she made contact with a garage in Bolzano and sorted everything for us.
