The room itself is spacious and very modern, in contrast to the outside of the hotel which looks like most of the charming and traditional Alpine houses that are common to the region. "The view from my room was stunning. Both the check-in staff and the bar employee just made my stay… Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The only thing I did not like is, I could not take a hot shower… Even after they checked it to see if I had hot water… I never got hot water… So a shower was frustrating… Other than that, a sensational Hotel!"
