“The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing...

“Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The property is conveniently located only 2.5 miles away from the hospital making it easy...

“We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was very convenient—having grocery stores and a Target right next door made errands easy. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer available during our stay.However, the unit had several drawbacks that impacted our comfort. "El hotel tiene una ubicación de lujo en el centro de Philadelphia. La habitación era de ensueño, la vista es incomparable, la cocina está equipada con todos los instrumentos para cocinar como en casa (estufa, horno, microondas, lavabo, lavavajillas, refrigerador, cafetera, tazas, vasos, platos y cubiertos), hay un closet para abrigos (con una sombrilla que nos prestaron la cual fue muy útil para la lluvia) y otro clóset muy espacioso con lugar para planchar. La piscina al aire libre fue ideal para refrescarse del calor. La llegada fue excelente, nos recibieron con unos detallitos muy lindos y una carta preciosa. ¡Definitivamente siempre que viajemos a Philly, regresaremos a hospedarnos aquí!"
