"I have a high tolerance for less than perfect hotels but this one just was too run down. It was shocking that it is allowed to be called a La Quinta. Things started off great with a late night pickup form the airport by a very helpful gentleman. But just down hill from there. The place smelled, everything was run down, the tv didn’t work. The bed was fine and though dirty, everything else worked. I just hadn’t been in a hotel that allowed itself to look that rough in a long time."

"The location was great. It felt safe. Parking was free. The rooms felt and looked dirty. The general appearance outside was better than inside, where the carpet and wall looked like they needed to be cleaned."

"Elevator was a bit dirty. Room clean and bed was comfortable. Hostess of bar/restaurant went out of her way to find me the last diet coke they had. Airport only had pepsi products and I really needed my diet coke!"

"Clean room; however, room service was non-existent. I called several times to place an order, no answer at each attempt (5). I had a migraine and did not feel well. I just wanted to eat and take my medication and try to get some sleep before flying out early the next morning. Despite my best efforts and talking to the front desk three times over a span of 5/6 hours. I drifted off then woke up twice. Room service took approximately 6 hours after my initial attempt. I had to get aggressive for someone to walk over from the front desk to the Restaraunt for someone to answer the phone and take my order. When I inquired if they offered sweet potato fries, the gentleman said "I don't know, they just told me to answer the phone and fill in", very rudely I might add. I choose certain hotel chains for the amenities such as room service. I was made to feel as if I was bothering them despite room service being offered as an amenity. Needless to say I will not be staying at this particular hotel again. I waited 3 hours after I was told they would call and take my order. When I called back to the front desk after hour 5, I was made to feel that I should just get up and go get the food, horrible customer service. I've never complained on a hotel and I travel for work and personal business at least 10/15 times a year to include international travel. Never in my life...deplorable. I am such a patient forgiving person, but this hotel, awful staff."

"I think this place charges way too much for how little it offwrs. Homeless people sitting on the benches and around the property. My family did not like the breakfast. They did not accomodate me for when I was locked out of my room for over an hour because the keypad died. "

"For $400 a night, I expected a much better experience at Live Casino Hotel. The room was not particularly clean, and the amenities were underwhelming at best. The property feels overpriced for what you actually get. There are definitely better options in the area that offer more value and a higher standard of cleanliness. I would not choose to stay here again."
