The room had no running water when I got there couldn’t take a shower or take a dump cause I couldn’t flush the toilet! This was my worst experience with a hotel I want a refund
This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. The first time it was still under Hampton Inn. First the bad. I didn't know it was undergoing a remodel. Hammers started pounding around 8:00am. The bathroom had a lot of large loose tiles. The iron didn't work. I had to change rooms from because the first room I walked into smelled bad. The whole hallway smelled like weed. And, there was no breakfast. The good. The staff were amazing. Great personalities and as helpful as they could be, under the circumstances.
Late night check in was easy bed was clean and comfy. The room was nice but the hotel over all is in bad shape. I've stayed at worse so for the price it was great

Good cleaning crew, staff at front desk was friendly and made check in smoothly as possible. In spite of going through construction for the building, everything was still a good stay for us. My family just a bit sad because there were no breakfast to eat in the morning which was understandable because of renovations. Which is why I give a 4 and not a 5.

At 7:30AM,drilling banging an someone trying to enter my room took place. This obviously woke me up and concerned. The phone wasn't working so I had to call the Hotel with my cell to find out that construction was going on and it was advertised. I also found a bug on the curtain before I left. I'll never go there again.

The first room reeked of cigarettes. Not mild, reeeeeeked of it. We moved to a room that smellles of weed. We opted for th pot room over the cigarette room. IThisbincludes me giving grace regarding the construction. I can see the hotel has been bought and is under renovation. That is fine. But the smells weee disgusting, the rooms were falling apart, the floors were coming up i the bathroom, the toilet wouldn't stop running.
I rarely leave Expedia reviews, but this hotel is very lacking in cleanliness and amenities. The bathroom was very poorly maintained, with a very dirty bathtub, sink that would not drain, and rusted/grimy toilet paper holder. The towels were stained and had hair on them.
The main room had damaged and grimy furniture, and the walls appeared to have bloodstains on them. There were also no drinks/snacks available besides water bottles and decaf coffee.
2 stars because the staff was at least friendly and the room was spacious.

Spirit airline canceled the flight, I was not able to cancel the booking and got charged... I will come today. Hopefully Spirit will fly due to the government shutdown.
This place is in really bad shape and probably should not even be open. The name of the hotel building did not even match the name listed here on expedia. Looks like a old Hampton Inn that was bought by someone to renovate? It was very run down, dirty, and unsafe. (mold, dirt, exposed wires)
Pros: close to my destination, close to a WaWa, not busy so quiet and close parking, ac worked great, no bed bugs, room not haunted, bed and pillows ok, my dogs were allowed to stay with me, and front desk people were all friendly.
Cons: room smelled like smoking room with cleaner smell, cigarette burns on furniture and worn down, exposed wires, holes in walls, loose fixtures, cracks and bulges in bathroom floor when you walked, aged dirty shower with broken pieces, several dark and red stains in the carpet(some over a foot long) ,stains on the cleaned sheets, tv did not turn on, water stains on ceiling with patchy peeling wallpaper, no breakfast station. We found a mini fridge but when we opened it the back wall of the inside was frosted over with black mold growing in it. They are doing construction on floor below me so construction guys, materials, carts around. The dogs got some water on the floor while drinking from their bowl. When we went to dry up the floor, that towel with grey on it was what we got.
I was woken up at 8 am to a jackhammer, the elevators were sketchy as all hell, and the bathroom in my room was weird, a lot of the floor tiles were broken, and the shower heat wasn’t consistent
Rooms were good, but some of them have smoker odor, but they were good on taking care off the situation, grate manager espertice, and costumer oriented.
