Hotel of Last Choice

Getting to this hotel is extremely hard and the folks at the front desk seem unable to understand that if you are in a car, you can't walk to the hotel because the area directly around the hotel is only for pedestrians. Their inability to help us get to the hotel wasn't a good sign.
The hostility of the service was unrivaled. At sign in, we asked if we could get into our room at 12:30 and were told that we would have to wait until 3:00. We also could not get a parking pass until 3:00 until we begged. We had to lock up our bags. We returned in the evening and the hostility abated until we asked for help photocopying something and then we were the enemy. I know this hotel is staffed by students, but the their training is inadequate. I don't think they have heard of customer service. We won't return.
