"Bring your own wine glasses. They have no glasses on the premises. the air conditioning unit in our room sounded like an aircraft taking off when it started and was running. Ask for a room on the side opposite to Hwy 295."

"We had the cutest room near the water. We enjoyed viewing the sunrise each day and the convenience to walk anywhere we needed in the village. Such a great place to stay. Will definitely stay here again in the future."

"This place was idyllic. Our room had an incredible view of the harbor and there were lots of tables and chairs set up along the water. A very off the beaten path but we wanted for nothing. I could have spent our entire week here. Highly recommend. The area also has a large number of preserves for watching wildlife and hiking, it's also close to the coastal botanical gardens."

"The rooms were as clean as the staff could manage, I'm sure. By that I mean, nice clean bedding and towels; clean bathroom. But there was a mustiness that seemed to have permeated the rooms; perhaps the carpeting? Parking was fine and very available. The breakfast was so-so, but it was "you get what you pay for" offerings. The coffee was good, at least! And there was seating both indoors and outside on a patio. The staff was okay. Couldn't really answer questions but referred us to a hand-written phone number on a very small card at the front desk. We were only there for a weekend, so it was good enough."

"Great place to take the family and visit the nearby beaches. Head and Popham are within 15 minutes. We were booked in a Lighthouse room that had the view of the water blocked by trees and management was very helpful switching us to a better room."
