Modern 4 Bedroom Home with a swimming pool located in Avondale, AZ. This home is located 10 minutes from Westgate Entertainment District/Cardinals Stadium. 20 minutes from downtown PHX. Enjoy this spacious 2,100 Sq ft home with 1 King Bed, and 3 Queen Beds. This home has a 60" TV in the main living area and a newly renovated kitchen. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi & a bathroom that has been recently renovated. The Master bedroom has a 50" TV. Backyard is spacious with artificial turf. The entire home is available EXCEPT the garage. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway and on the street.
