The staff were wonderful, very helpful, and truly went out of their way to take care of me. While the hotel is somewhat old and dated, my room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to everything Patong has to offer, with great food options nearby, and it is only a short walk to Bangla Road and just meters away from a fantastic beach. However, I found the gym and pool facilities to be poor. Fortunately, the excellent nearby beach made up for it. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now , it is absolutely stunning. The staff are fantastic and are the reason we return year and year. See you again next time .

Kalima Resort & Spa is an excellent choice if you want to be close to Patong while still enjoying a peaceful setting away from the intensity and noise of the main area. The location offered the best of both worlds: easy access to Patong, without feeling immersed in the chaos. This was my second stay in a Junior Suite, and I was again extremely impressed with the layout, comfort and balcony view. The room felt spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it a particularly enjoyable place to relax. Breakfast was another highlight, with an extensive variety of options to suit different tastes. The shuttle service to and from Patong centre, running every two hours, was very convenient and made getting around simple. I also appreciated the newly added Executive Lounge, which was a thoughtful amenity and an ideal place to spend time while waiting, particularly during check-in or check-out. The updated resort app was an excellent companion throughout my stay. It made it easy to see what was happening, keep track of activities and book services across the resort. The staff at every level were outstanding, friendly, attentive and professional. A special mention must go to Omi, who exceeded my expectations during my stay in 2024 and once again made my 2026 visit especially memorable. Whenever I travel to Phuket Patong area, Kalima Resort & Spa will be my first choice. I would be delighted to stay here again.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Arinara Beach Resort in Phuket. The location was perfect for me, as it is only a one-minute walk from Bangtao MMA & Muay Thai, where I was training. My room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the gym was basic but serviceable. The staff were also pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. The only drawback was that the hallways can be quite echoey, so noise and commotion from other guests were easily heard from the room. This did not outweigh the overall positives, however. I would definitely book Arinara Beach Resort again the next time I train at Bangtao.
