"This is the 4th time I have stayed here. The main draw for me is the ability to charge my electric vehicle on the property. Otherwise, the hotel doesn't offer much that can't be found elsewhere at a lower price. The breakfast is standard fare, the room was missing a foldable luggage stand, no garment hook on back of bathroom door, adjustments for shower head didn't work, tub stopper was broken, shower was missing body wash pump container, wallpaper had water damage around tub, some mold on tub caulk, the electric receptical on one lamp base was loose, and housekeeping didn't come in to freshen the room when requested."

"Really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the cabin. The location right on the river was perfect. Plenty of time was enjoyed just sitting on the porch while enjoying the views and sounds. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in Van Buren, MO. Cabin was in great shape and was exactly as advertised. Hosts were great to work with."

"The place was large enough for four couples for a weekend float. Being right on the river was beautiful, and the guys fished early each morning. Unfortunately, the short walk to the river included brush and somewhat steep terrain, so the rest of us watched from the deck. Being so close to The Landing was excellent. There were units on both sides of us but not too close as to be loud or disturbing. The beds were clean and comfortable. The included keys in the kitchen drawer are for the two bedroom deck doors, not the main door. Included firewood was a nice touch. There were a number of small bees on the deck, but no one was stung. Just watch your soda cans!"

"This a cabin in a state park. It was very clean and had newer upgrades. Bring the food you need because it's fairly distance from a grocery. We came later in the day because we needed one night and this was a great price and not a chain hotel which we like. There is a little store not too far from the park. We ordered deli sandwiches from here and picked up some icecream. The sandwiches were delicious and the store had pretty much whatever you might need. The checkin process was great with good communication about which cabin to go to, what the door code was etc... We plan to come back for a longer stay so we can have another evening around the firepit and see all of the stars. Great place to stay."
