I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit." It is tired and dated, there is exposed wiring, the cot was broken, the fridge leaks water, the bathrooms are frankly grim and the aircon barely copes at maintaining 22 deg C. The house was the family home of the man who lives in a small part of the house. He can enter your part of the house whenever he wishes, and does so frequently and unannounced. It was his home, and feels like he has been relegated to the granny annexe but still misses his house. It could be a great property. It wouldn’t need much in the way of investment.The pool is lovely and large. It is an above ground pool (note the careful photography on the site that does not make this obvious). It is shallow, but apart from that provided lots of entertainment.The location is great and Arezzo is a lovely town and you are within an hour of Sienna, Florence and a bit further to many other famous destinations."
