The property is very clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and nice and clean. Bedding and towels smell so fresh and clean. Beds are pretty comfortable as well. This is where we stay when we are in pigeon Forge. It won’t disappoint.

We stay here 3 times a year and the hotel is always very clean they offer a good hot breakfast and the staff is always very friendly,as a single parent I feel very safe staying here with my kids.

This hotel is right in the middle of it all. I like that I didn't have to pay for parking at our hotel and we could basically walk just about to any store on the strip we wanted to visit and I didn't hear street noise from my room. ( There was a truck show with loud trucks and music) Our room was clean and wasn't much different than any other higher end hotel that we have stayed in. The furniture in the lobby and some of the decor was not high end expensive and there weren't robes in the room. However, I only sleep and shower in my room and the rest of the time, I am out and about. I cannot comment on the breakfast because I ate out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

We have been staying here for about 10 years or so. The stay is absolutely wonderful. The room is always clean and well maintained, staff is friendly, have great rates, and close to everything. Overall, a wonderful experience!!
