For as much as we spent for this “luxury” hotel, we were sorely disappointed. The rug in our room was coming apart. The pillows were flat. The shower was disgusting. The toilet barely flushed and continually ran. We notified maintenance, but nothing was done. When working with the concierge to book a nice car for our anniversary dinner and broadway show, the person laughed at our last name (Butts) and was really rude to us. The driver, however, was so nice and sweet. The only good experience we had with the hotel. The keys to our room stopped working twice! The view from the room of the cathedral was nice. The only two things from this hotel was how sweet the driver was and the view from our room. Everything else was extremely disappointing and totally not worth the money. We will never stay here again.
