“The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have to be gluten free so the breakfast variety was excellent. Lots for everyone to choose from. The only thing I felt they needed to improve was the cleanliness of the pool and outside area. Water looked clean but algae could be seen on the walls of pool and hot tub.”

“When we showed up there was a for sale sign on the sign at the entrance and nobody in the office. I had to call a phone number that was on the door to check in. They had to open our door remotely which I felt was not safe. We had an upstairs room, where we had to climb up unsafe stairs with metal plates in two spots to support the broken slats you walked on. The railing going up the stairs was wobbly and made us feel uncomfortable. Both my wife and I are in our mid 70’s and had a hard time with...

“When we arrived we were very pleased with Marjorie's Welcome. She answered all of our questions and got us settled in immediately. The room was very nice and cozy. It was very convenient to be on the ground floor, the bed was extremely comfortable , and the air conditioner was great ( not loud like other hotels). We enjoyed the surrounding area which was very quiet. The room and bathroom were clean! We enjoyed the coffee pods in our room, great coffee! Thank you for a very pleasant stay.”

“This little cabin was perfect! You can see the main house from the driveway and front door, but with the direction of the home and an umbrella, you feel like you're all by yourself in the woods. There are some pups, but they were well behaved and didn't come around often. This is a great little cabin—perfect for a 2 person get-away—with all the amenities you will need.
