“We had the best time at Villa Jwi Lavi! It was in a quiet gated community, but very close to restaurants, shops and beaches. We rented a car and there were plenty of spaces for parking. A plastic spoon from a previous guest was on the floor in the room, I discovered a large dead cockroach under the sink, those large plaid curtains were so ugly and wrinkled. The child-like, small, painted furniture didn't help either. I was speechless. The toilet may have been leaking as well. “Our room was a Deluxe room with Ocean View which faced the ocean with a view of the pool side. Loved this as could also hear the music from outside. Very clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly and approachable. At the beach area the staff/waiter/waitress were amazing, very upbeat and created an incredible happy, relaxing atmosphere. One of the staff noticed sun burn on my granddaughter and said he will get the "doctor" lol and brought another waiter whose name I dont recall but started……

“Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- ”

“This was my 4th stay at Carl's Unique Inn. The property is a convenient place to overnight when traveling. The property is generally clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My main challenge has been the stairs which you have to climb up and down with your bags upon arrival and when leaving. The rooms are on the second floor. There is no elevator. It would be nice to have someone who can help guests with bags upon arrival and when departing. Otherwise, you can certainly consider this……
