“Everything that we need is there perfectly. Loved the view from the room , modern decor, lovely breakfast and of course, warm concierge. She even made a reservation for the dinner at a great restaurant nearby. Location is pretty convenient for all the best beaches in St. Martin. We’re definitely coming back ! ”

“Impossible to find. No parking ”

“View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. It is loud when they are partying and the bass shakes the whole block. Be aware of that. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant it closes at 8,……

“La Villa Habiscus was fantastic. We stayed there for 2 weeks on our first vacation with our little one (5 months) and we could not have chosen a better spot. The room was large, clean and had a full kitchen that we used to cook many meals. Julie, the GM, was very attentive and accomodating. There was also a pool located just outside our suite that was very convenient for when we wanted to spend time at the hotel. The location was fantastic. It was a quiet neighbourhood, but just a 10 minute or……

“i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much ”

“Who was nice needed more people for service took a long time to get anything food drink, etc.”

“Staff was some of the most friendly people on the island. Biggest downfall was the insane amount of seaweed, cannot swim in beach and seaweed left a horrible smell even in our room we could smell it. They try to bulldoze it away so it’s not their fault it’s just the unfortunate beach condition.”

“This place is outstanding. The sraff are so nice and the views are beautiful. Tye unit was as described and better. We will be back.”

“The Royal Palm is a beautiful resort and we’ve always enjoyed staying there for many years. However, it has shifted to more family friendly resort with lots of children. If your a family looking for a nice resort I highly recommend. ”
