“It's a very nice cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a most excellent view and short walk to the beach. Sitting on the shaded patio overlooking the water was so nice. We were impressed with all the amenities. The kitchen had the most thorough set of utensils for cooking just about anything you'd want. The only thing that might be an issue is the smaller shower. If you're a big guy and/or oversized, it might feel a little tight, but still doable. I would definitely stay here again.”

“My children and I stayed here for over a week. It’s such a cute cozy little sanctuary. It’s tucked away lots of plants. It was very clean and we loved every moment of staying there. Also, the owners are so kind. They were eager to help with anything that I needed and I would definitely love to stay at this property again and recommended to my friends and family. ”

“Only thing we can say is “Perfect”. Great location, fantastic house that is beautifully decorated. Everything we needed to get our toes in the sand. Walking distance to bars, ice cream, coffee, and multiple restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen, tons of pillows on the beds, and tons of beach equipment in the shed. Communication was everything. We needed for nothing. House was even better than the listing.”

“Truly right on the beach. Could not be more perfect. The house is in need of updating but clean. The driveway was a bit stressful being very narrow, almost got stuck in sand and could only back out onto busy road. The town center is so cute and very close. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Absolutely incredible time here- such a beautiful tropical oasis. We spent hours by the pool soaking up the peaceful beauty all around us! The cottage was cozy and inviting. The location is prime- we enjoyed biking the Pinnelas Trail, beaching at Honeymoon Island, kayaking on the Causeway, and the Salty Soul Island Kitchen in downtown Dunedin with outdoor seating was perfect! Best vacation spot yet!!!! ”

“We had a great time and the host was fantastic to work with. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Everything was very comfortable. If you are looking to walk around downtown Dunedin, the location is excellent. It’s in a quiet side street but easy walking distance to downtown including a nice cut through to Dunedin brewery and other locations nearby. Would definitely stay there”

“Comfortable, no-frills stay for one or a couple. Easy access to beach as well as restaurants and shopping at John’s Pass. Handy parking, nice deck and patio with grill. A few basic items that would be helpful: kitchen linens, basic storage containers and hand soap. ”

“From the moment we arrived we fell in love with Sunny Side Cottages! The owners communicated the check in process and even had the lights on for us. Our unit was Sunrise and has recently been remodeled. The king size bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies! The owners made sure we had snacks and the toiletry basket overflowed with anything you may have forgotten to pack! The kitchen has everything you would need for an extended stay. Do’s and don’ts were communicated in a humorous way. We...

“Wonderful, exceptionally clean, quaint, safe neighborhood location. We enjoyed coffee ( Keurig and k-cups provided) each morning on the small private outside porch, bike ride thru quiet neighborhood to nature preserve only 5 minutes away. Responsible and accommodating host . Would love to return on a future trip! ”
