"Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed during my stay as well as one of the restaurants as it is only open on weekends. My tv in room was not working and was fixed within a day. (Didn’t really need it)"

"The hotel lodge was n beautiful. Lodge room was old and outdated. Restaurant food was not great but you are held hostage up on the mountain. Food at the salt pond was dreadful. It was a fun experience but a one and done. Staff is friendly but communication is not good. After 2 nights finally realized maid service was only on request. Never communicated. It was a memorable trip because of Dirty Dancing but will probably not return."

"The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I enjoyed using the fitness room; it was perfect for my needs. The management was very helpful and courteous. The hot breakfasts were wonderful. The only downside to my stay was that I was told that the room would be serviced every 3 days. Since I was there for 6 nights, I expected my room to be refreshed at least once during my stay. It never was. Since my 3rd day was July 4th, I just assumed that it was missed due to the holiday. But it wasn't refreshed the next day either. By that time, I only had one day left so I didn't bother to ask. A disappointing end to an otherwise lovely stay."

"The Retreat was the perfect spot for us and our children. Everything is as described in the listing. The hot tub was a hit and an added bonus for relaxation. The host is the best we’ve had! So friendly and helpful. We will definitely plan to book this property again."

"Cabin is in a small resort community with lots of neighbors, but the community was nice and quiet. So many beautiful fireflies at night. It was magical. We loved the location of the cabin and that we could ride our bikes from the cabin and go directly into Pipestem park. Cabin was clean and had absolutely everything we needed!"
