“Pros: Wir waren jetzt schon zum 3. Mal in derselben Anlage, jedes Mal in einer anderen Wohnung. Wir lieben diese ruhige Anlage direkt an der Concha-Bucht mit ihrer 12 km langen Strandpromenade gelegen. Die Wohnungen und ganz besonders die Außenanlagen sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wer da aber drüber wegsehen kann, ist hier bestens aufgehoben, da der Preis auch dementsprechend angemessen ist.
Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über eine vollverglaste Terrasse mit gemütlicher Sitzecke……

“Cannot recommend Blue Marina suites too highly. The location is excellent overlooking the sea front but still very quiet. It is close to many good restaurants and the facilities in the apartment are very good. It is spotlessly clean We stayed for one week and would love to visit again.”

“Pros: Al apartamento no le falta detalle.
Aurelio, el propietario es encantador. Te ayuda y te lo pone facil de cualquier forma. La ubicación esta genial, tranquilo, sin ruido. La verdad que si volvemos repetimos seguro. Muy bonito y decorado con buen gusto.
Cons: No hay nada malo que decir :)”

“The property was great in many ways, clean, roomy and good facilities, however it is a way out of town (about a 20 minute walk) which was not a problem for us but could be for others. However there was no balcony to relax on and have a glass of wine in the evening, and staying inside is notthe same”

“The accommodation was small and very basic but did include the essentials, even a washing machine, which was useful for a longer stay. It would suit someone looking for a simple place with the basics covered.
However, the location was not ideal for a typical holiday stay. It is situated within an industrial estate and quite far from the main holiday areas and resorts. There was no outdoor seating area or designated place to dry clothing, which made it less convenient after using the washing……
