"The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. We saved money buying breakfast and lunch stuff to make in the room and eating out for dinners. I highly recommend this room, perfect spot and the price for Puerto Rico was great. You will need a rental car tho. The shower and bathroom drains slow but it’s not bad. They have a couple beach chairs and masks and snorkels for use. "

"We had an amazing stay at this home. The house was clean, spacious and the view was beautiful. Communication was easy and everyone was extremely helpful and responsive. The house manager, JB, was very helpful and available when he was needed. We will definitely be visiting these properties again!"

"Great location in Las Croabas! Minutes from Seven Seas Beach and Playa Escondida, Kayak Village, Yunque Rain Forest, Kalizo Restaurant (best in area) etc. Cute, clean, simple, very comfortable mini hotel, Parking right out front. Only issue the address does not come up on Apple Maps. We called and hostess who met us and drove us to hotel. Puerto Rico is truly an Island of Enchantment. ❤ Isla de Encanto 🌊"

A nice little gem

"This house was the perfect place for our family. We utilized the outdoor space for most of our visit, it was nice to spread out and relax. The owners were quick to respond to any issues we had (water pressure dropped due to maintenance, and fortunately there was a backup water tank). The roosters were lovely to hear in the mornings. I would say the only real drawback was that this is a weekenders area, and the surrounding community of trailers enjoyed partying. Sometimes it was loud, but it never went too late and was never intolerable. Maybe it’s not every weekend, we were there Easter weekend. The location was killer, walking distance to so many different places to enjoy - the locals beach across the street, Seven Seas, Playa Colora, Escondido, downtown Las Croabas. The amenities were simple but we had all we needed, other than salt and pepper and a good knife. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"Great owners who went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience in Puerto Rico. From having beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. available for use (no charge) to being available to help at 3am with a exit gate issue. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the biobay tours (don't miss this) and restaurants / bars within walking distance. "

Luxurious Penthouse Villa + Rooftop Terrace

Breezy Paradise

"Our family had a very comfortable stay. The penthouse was clean and had all the needed amenities. The rooftop terrace was always enjoyable with a fabulous breeze. The grocery store was close and the beach even closer! From 7seas beach the “hidden” beaches Colora and Escondida were so worth the walk. Their beauty was a gorgeous snapshot of Caribbean paradise. The location is also only minutes from kayaking into Laguna Grande for a bioluminescent bay tour. We also easily drove to El Yunque Rainforest and the Luquillo Kiosks. Old San Juan was only about an hour away and the largest marina in the Caribbean was 20min away. From there we took a snorkel trip to Culebra- a gorgeous white sand paradise. You can’t beat the location and ability to walk to the beach and dining or ability to drive to multiple adventures. We would definitely recommend staying here for vacation!"
