“The room was very comfortable, clean with a lote of space. The bathroom was very nice with a lote of space. The 5th floor was very quiet and the view was very nice. Will love to stay in this room again.”
“Property was clean. Didn’t have any issues with check in or check out. Genesis was great making sure my stay was good. Room floors could’ve been cleaned alittle better but that’s about it. And if you have noisy neighbors you will be able to hear everything lol walls are very thin ”
“I like how the hotel is set up its is very romantic and couples friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.”
“This was a nice surprise. We booked the hotel because we needed a place to stay that wasn't too expensive. And it turned out to be the best hotel on our entire trip so far, much better than the other, more expensive hotels. At Ayana Inn PR we got a nice and large room, clean, good beds, good neighborhood, good service, very nice backyard. (No lift though). We arrived very late at night, but were given good instructions on self-check-in. We would love to come back here again”
