"The front desk staff was very unhelpful upon check in. Check in time was at 4 pm and we arrived then. They told us they were unsure when our room was going to be available and we had to wait until we got a text. I have never been at a hotel when it was check in time and the room was not available. "

"Hotel was good enough for a one night stay. Bathroom flooring was peeling up and we had to call maintenance for the toilet. Had a cheerleading competition in town so the amount of tumbling/jumping from other rooms made it difficult to relax and sleep fully. "

"The only redeeming quality of this property is the proximity to East Stroudsburg University (the only reason I was in the area), and that it has a bar. The bartender was the absolute most personable guy! Otherwise, the property is very run down. No accessible outlets near the bed. Remnants of something liquid dripping down the wall in one area of my room. Moulding in bathroom had actual mold. An actual gap between the door frame and the door with one of the locks removed. But then again you get what you pay for. There is a sign to 'pardon the appearance during construction', hopefully there are some major upgrades planned. "
