"Front desk staff and bellmen were very professional,but the staff in the water park that’s in change of the food and drink part need better customer service."

"Breakfast was great. Shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a motion light which was great. "

"Statues at Willowbrook and the room was upgraded and super clean and the jacuzzi tub was the star of the show. Huge bathroom as well. Loved the balcony to get fresh air. I thought all the indoor amenities listed were included in our stay but only the pool & hot tub were the rest you have additional costs for. But was super convenient not having to go far for all the activities. Staff went above and beyond for us! Over all we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely go back again. "
