"Perfect location and home base for our short vacation at Lake Fork. The tiny house had all the amenities we needed and was very clean and cozy. The map and binder at the tiny house was a great reference and helped us get the most out of our stay. Communication with the property hosts was easy and we had great luck fishing at the lake outside our front door and really enjoyed the peaceful setting. We would definitely recommend a stay at the tiny home!"

"The floor mat at the entrance of the residence says something like "enter as guests, leave as friends". I'll admit that I've had friends that didn't communicate as well as the owner of this property. When weather and other factors delayed our arrival, the owner called to check on us and to guide us in-verbally to the property. The property was exactly as pictured and described. "The property is difficult to get to. I would not recommend if you drive a nice car. SUVs and trucks. Parking is very limited. If you have neighbors, you will hear them. There is ample property to walk your dog if you have one."

"It was a quick getaway for me and my daughter. We had a fishing tournament. The host were great on helping me get inside with the door code. I was having slight problem. It was at 10:00. Appreciate them answering at that time. Place was clean and beds were soft. Bathrooms were modern and clean. It is close to Lake Fork, but on a smaller lake. This is nice as well. Will come back."
