Always fantastic from the moment we check in (the girl at the counter was exceptional) to the lovely hard working lady at the breakfast buffet, to the housekeepers, and waiter at restaurant, were all phenomenal! Laval was a nice place to enjoy a stay away from home, while we went during the winter, a summer stay would be fantastic and with many things in walking distance would have been an awesome time to enjoy a vacation as well as to montreal in proximity
The city is easy to navigate by car. Had no issues finding and getting to where we wanted to be.
Laval is a very nice place outside of Montreal. The rates are more reasonable and there is actually things to do on a Sunday.

Nice place to stay Very good restaurants around and good mall to shop from Safe area to walk around and close enough to the city of Montreal
The area I saw was a bit too industrial, lots of construction on nearby highway etc.
