"Every time I've stayed at The Mere, I have been so impressed with the staff. They are all helpful and kind, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. They even have free bikes to use! The only downside is the parking."

"Everything was fine with the room and service. In the morning when showering the water shut off? Was told city was doing work. Out of their control but very inconvenient. Would have been nice to have a warning of shut off!! "

"Stayed twice in a week and only had one real issue, which was the Roku stick not working. Other than that, it did the job. "

"Im very familiar with this area. Everything you need is in close distance. Because the building is older you have the typical noise issues. Walking above you, neighbors coming and going. The washroom needs an upgrade but functions fine. We had 2 queen beds and I was lucky enough to choose the one that sounded like it had a solo drinking cup crunching in the corner anytime I moved. Lol the matress was firm and the pillows soft!"
