“Hotel was under renovation and only 1 elevator was working and wait time was ridiculous. Only 1 restaurant was open during the week. 2 opened Thursday evening but 1 had take out only with only 3 tables in the lobby outside the restaurant. Shuttle only runs on Friday and Saturday making getting to the casino a hassle. Very disappointing experience other than the staff who were all very friendly.”

“The check in process was ignorant. I had all my account stuff linked to my cashapp and they COULDNT TAKE IT! Hassle trying to find someone to get a card from but thankfully my aunt LIVED there. Had it not been for her myself and my son would have been assed out!”

“The staff is super kind and as helpful as they can be. The problem doesn't lie with the staff, it lies with corporate or whomever controls the purse strings. The rooms have well exceeded their sell by date. The carpets are so worn out and, in some places, sticky - yes sticky!. The curtains are stained from years of humidity and rarely do they close completely. I thought my stay recently may have been a one off and came back again the next week. It was not a one off!
