“Hotel was under renovation and only 1 elevator was working and wait time was ridiculous. Only 1 restaurant was open during the week. 2 opened Thursday evening but 1 had take out only with only 3 tables in the lobby outside the restaurant. Shuttle only runs on Friday and Saturday making getting to the casino a hassle. Very disappointing experience other than the staff who were all very friendly.”

“Super clean, well-maintained, quiet and attractive. On the river with a great river view out back, grassy slopes and trees to the east, and you don't have to go through the casino to get to the lobby or your room. I will happily stay again.”

“The staff is super kind and as helpful as they can be. The problem doesn't lie with the staff, it lies with corporate or whomever controls the purse strings. The rooms have well exceeded their sell by date. The carpets are so worn out and, in some places, sticky - yes sticky!. The curtains are stained from years of humidity and rarely do they close completely. I thought my stay recently may have been a one off and came back again the next week. It was not a one off! I went to the first room and……

“It was nestled near the military park monuments. The hotel was really clean and nice. They except pets as well. I didn't have one, but it was nice for those who travel with pets.”
