“The only reason to complain is not enough to drink! Was on floor for evening, all night and next morning- nothing was brought to or asked for drink order. Saw a little stand and got two little Pepsi’s but partner doesn’t like Pepsi. Got offered a Mimosa after checking out and time to leave… that sucked leaving with a roll of benjamins and thirsty still!”

“Coffee in in office area is very good. Vending machine upstairs doesn’t work, and non of the ice machines worked. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. They have a great breakfast.”

“Roach in room and staff changed the room with no compensation. Acted like it was no big deal.”

“The elevator was out of service, so the desk workers had to power it up in order to go to the third floor, but when they were busy the wait was unacceptable for them to manually open the elevator doors. We took the stairs, but be it that my wife is disabled, that created challenges for her. In the room, I was told to contact the front desk when we were coming down and they will send up the elevator. The problem was the phone in the room had no phone cord, so kind of made it impossible at the……
